Raised partly in Brazil, where she attended the American School, and partly in Key Biscayne, Florida, Monica brings a unique international perspective to the South Florida real estate market. Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, she proudly assists local and international clients, including Brazilian and Spanish-speaking buyers, sellers, and investors seeking opportunities in Delray Beach and surrounding communities.
Real estate and construction are deeply rooted in Monica's family history. Her father was a local developer, engineer, and real estate broker, inspiring her lifelong passion for property development and investment.
Together with her husband and business partner, Dale, Monica has successfully built and operated several thriving restaurants and businesses throughout South Florida, all developed from the ground up. Their accomplishments also include building numerous luxury and contemporary-style homes. Dale holds multiple patents for innovative rapid housing construction technology and brings international experience to their shared entrepreneurial ventures.
Monica holds numerous professional designations, including GRI, CIPS, Luxury Specialist, Internet Marketing Specialist, RENE, and PSA. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and the Miami Association of REALTORS® and has served on professional committees at both state and local levels.
