    Not pleased with the level/lack of service received from this realtor. Not much communication unless I insisted on assistance. As a former realtor, customer service is key to satisfied clients and referrals. I was also extremely disappointed when my appraisal came back $20k under my offer price and Monica suggested that I obtain another appraisal (and pay another $500) to get a higher price. She also fought my mortgage rep and appraiser with sending them comps with more square feet, bed/baths, and other areas...some 5 miles away at higher prices to try to convince them to up my appraisal. I can only think it was for her to obtain a bit more commission. Needless to say she was not looking out for my best interests. Sorry, but I would not recommend Monica Brisson of LPT Realty.

    Monica was amazing with all of her help, she would immediately reply to my texts for any questions we had, would always call to explain everything and overall made out house search and leasing process very smooth and easy for us!! Was really understanding of all our wants and needs, also I would like to mention this was our first time using a realtor to rent out a home and I cannot recommend her enough, definitely will be working with her in the future again!!!

    There was some misunderstanding however everything worked out in the end. I feel blessed to have her and her husband Dale on my team. I'm a first time renter and Monica helped me to understand what I needed to know. They was able to secure the house I wanted with mo problem. They helped me to understand the process.
